Like most of United Way’s agencies, our Agency of the Week Needy Basket of Southern Miami County runs with 100% volunteers. They are always looking for volunteers to help, especially on Wednesday & Friday afternoons. They are open Mondays 10a-12p, Wednesdays 10a-12p & 3-5p, Fridays 3-5:30p. If you can help, please stop by during open hours. They’ll give you a tour and put you to work. It’s very rewarding and they couldn’t function without the kindness of volunteers.
